KK in CO facing 4BB open from UTG and 7BB 3Bet from MP

MP is clearly a fish with that kind of 3bet sizing.
UTG looks like a a preflop calling station and because of that your sizing might be ok. I personally prefer not to raise that much, because I think you will make a lot of hands fold this way, that you actually want to take along in the pot. Even if this is a preflop calling station, I think you'll get less value in the long run.

I think ur 4 bet sizing is fine as lots of fish will call with any A... as you get to nl50 and up 4 bet sizing is like 2.2-2.5x 3bet size.

Also your sizing looks either like you could be trying to buy pot. Pre

Standard sizing there should be something around 18-20bb. You can go slightly higher against whale, but 40bb is waaaaaaaaay too much.

Yeah -- I just didn't know.
I don't play NLHE much, and figured that MP had a wide range to exploit UTG.

If the 3Bet is 7BB, then 3x the 3Bet would only be 21 BB
My thought was to raise pot size, but that was even bigger

If you want to exploit MP then actually you should 4bet more often with small size as you are creating difficult spot for all those middle strength hands in his range. Also in general your range as cold 4bettor is linear there - you are 4betting only very strong hands so you dont mind giving slightly better odds for other player as you have very strong range and positional advantage.
