Hmmm I target him that he limp preflop too so maybe this time he can has premium hand. Better profit I will have with AK when I fold every this hand preflop seriously.

I think flatting is the worst option because even flopping top pair you are quite often facing a set. Overcards aren't strong enough to continue with — esp if the flop has a broadway card on it. So if you're going to have to fold on a great many flops, either fold now, or shove and hope. You chose option B — good choice. When BU folds, you're heads up, and now your equity looks a bit better.

it's really tough to give the BTN a decent range after limp/call a 3bet, but JJ+ AQ+ would most likely play differently pre-flop. THe BB should have the strongest hands in his/her range and with most likely the dead money of the BTN I would most likely go for a shove as well or the BB is really tight.
