Villain is something like 26/21 with 20% fold to c-bet. af around 2.3

My feeling on the river is that its either a missed draw that he was hoping i bet river so that he could raise, or something like 44
??

but even if it's 44 or 88 - or even 99 or 22 it seems a strange thing after my turn check behind to not make a bet..?

2 pair's not going to raise, I don't think, I would expect a bet on the river, or a check/call..

A9s I imagine check/call, or bet/fold, maybe bet/call (probably would be a good call) Most other 9's would check/call I think.

98s? - bet river.

A gutshot flush draw, TJs, that knows I'm possibly not folding if he makes a bet, but thinks if he check/raises I will?

Villain is a reg by the way who plays around 4 tables. I don't think he's a particularly strong player though.

From what I can tell, this river c/r consists mostly of bluffs, due to the strangeness of the play? Opinions?

I cant speak for nl200, but in my small experience few nl100 players are capable of bluff checkR on river.

Its just about conceivable that AK plays this way... Planning on chkR the turn but you didnt bet... but then it seems he would bet the river since you only bet when you have a K (in which case you also call his bet).

So... I cant see many hands that play this way... 88 maybe... possibly 44 (but with both hands I expect them to bet the river as youre not betting often) as you said.

On that basis it would seem bluffs do form a big part of his range... and yet... I just dont ever see this myself in practice.

Bet $11-$12 on the flop and make him pay for only folding 20% to cbets.

As played you should definitely bet for value on the turn.
His range is very wide because he folds to cbets so rarely, therefore you give up protection and miss out on a lot of value by checking behind.

As played I also bet/call on the river.
Again: his range is still pretty wide, he can have a lot of 9x or pocket pairs, even busted FDs with which he recognizes he can't c/c a bet - but you represent a medium strength hand that's trying to get some thin value as well, so he has foldequity and can therefore turn 9x/FDs/etc into a bluff.

Btw I don't think he has AK all that often: He probably 3bets AKo most of the time preflop since BB looks a bit fishy, he might have AKs though - but it only has 2 combinations left.
The same goes for KK and AA, he might trap sometimes but playing totally OOP in a small 3way pot isn't exactly what most regs are looking for when they have KK+.

I just bet the turn.
And maybe even bet river slightly to maximize value or smtimes jus ch beh.
As played - dunno. Our line is weak after your ch T (KJ is actually on the top of range i think) so why he just not bet like potbet as bluff with all his busted draws? What do u think of it guys?

I think after he c/c the flop he mostly has SD-value or a draw, but draws c/r more often than not since he's OOP.
Our check on the turn shows weakness, that's correct, but if he has SD-value there's no point for him in betting - and if he had a draw he has to be afraid we just call his bet since all draws are busted.
He can't rep much as he'd c/r TPGK+ on the flop most of the time, so even if he pots it we might be inclined to call due to the lack of good valuehands in his range.
