Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BB$51.55:///////;UTG1$75.50:///////;UTG2$60.30:///////;MP1$23.30:///////;MP2$69.10:///////;MP3$21.80:///////;CO$50.25:///////;BU (Hero)$56.75:///////;SB$36.40:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BU with 9:h, 9:d.
3 folds, MP2 raises to $2.00, 2 folds, Hero calls $2.00, 2 folds, BB folds.

Flop: ($4.75) 6:s, 4:d, 4:h (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero bets $3.00, MP2 calls $3.00.

Turn: ($10.75) 3:s (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero bets $7.00, MP2 calls $7.00.

River: ($24.75) T:d (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: $24.75.

Value bet river here? 55, 77, 88 or A6 may call but 77 and 88 probably bet the flop and A6 and 55 may not call.

Do you have reads on this player? Imo his range can be wider than the range you give him, I see like AK, underpairs, ... here aswell.

So I think we can squeeze out a small valuebet like 7$ in 24$ pot

I don't think AK and 22 will call. Most his hands that he will call with [edit: that I beat] would usually cbet.

again if you ever want to 3-barrel that board with your air/missed flushdraws then you should also bet for value with 99 since villains hand looks exactly for AK/AQ so you can easily bet 14$ and expect A high hands to call or even if they would fold you don´t mind, since then you can 3-barrel off their better Ax hands
Also you may get called by 77/88/55
