im also waiting like 2 months on a 72€ payout, there was only local bank option and i chose that. im happy i dont have to rely on that money, would be crazy if you expect money in 2 days and after 2 months it is still not there. but yea i have nothing to lose as it was free raffle winnings. not sure about this lottery, havent experienced this pending timeout before. i think once in 2010s partypoker held my few k$ withdrawal for 2+weeks cause i was young and stupid and tried to move money fast in and out.

im afraid with these things, even if it is real money withdrawal from a site, we cant speed up the process :/ all we can do is remain trustworthy or make different site choices in future. fastest i have found is Stars+Skrill which is like 30minutes withdrawals, but Partypoker+Skrill was also like 12 hours. but yea i am relatively new so there could be better deals. worst in this matter is coinpoker where to make acc you have to first make binance acc
