A4s - 4bet pot - cbet?

I do not expect the villain to have AA/KK. But he does have a lot of draws and top pair here.
With the Cbet you will never make him fold at least a call or the check/raise. I would prefer to check here.

As played, do I cbet practically without any equity? I thought this is the only way to win the hand because it might get AQ/AJ to fold.

I like the semi-bluff in general, but when it fails, I think we're done.
either fold to the 5-Bet or check back the flop with the view to giving up.

Not having information on villain doesn’t help 4 bet bluffing- in the end it is probably a losing EV play- considering you need at least about a 60% fold to 4 bet stat.

As for the cbet flop, it’s okay. You can do either cbet/fold flop or check/ fold...

As you mentioned I probably would just have folded to SB 3bet. Will save yourself $$ in long run.

4bets fine even as a default 4bet bluff from co imo so no info needed on villain to make this a decent 4bet bluff pre. If your 4betting QQ+ AK for value then you want to balance with around 22 bluff combos.I generally build my ranges as simple as possible so if QQ+,AKs,AKo is my value range id balance with something like A5s-A2s,KTs,QTs,AKo 24 bluff combos as a default and throw in ATo as an optional bluff.If your folding KJs QJs AJo to 3bets they become your bluffs in place of KTs QTs ATo etc.. It's not a flop id cbet we want to flop some equity that we can continue with on turns this is just a bad flop for us.We can rep the K on the flop but were really relying souly on flop fold equity so it's a one and done for about 1/3p cbet if you do choose to imo. We can obviously have AK and block villains AK and AA KK where as villain doesn't really have AA or KK as they mostly jam pre so we could fold out QQ JJ although they likely float vs 1/3p so your needing to run a big bluff with as you say virtually no equity.
