After 33k hands I am down 5BI today after spewing money like crazy
-100$ @ 10nl
I really need to work on my mental game. AFter a bad play by me or people raising me/3betting me too much I start playing back at them and lose money. Any suggestions how to overcome this. Ex if 2-3 cbets dont work in a row I end up triple barreling many boards . Also 3bet increases from 5 to like 8-9
One more thing . When I am losing a session I dont intend to stop it and end up losing more.When I win I quit after one or two banks up. THis leads to my losing days going -5BI or more and the winning days not more than 2or 3 BI. MY biggest winning day in 10NL hasbnt been more than 25$ in 33k hands?
Any suggestions./?
Its a really hard spot. Calling is alright. Really depends on stats though. Without stats I guess we got to take the safer option and fold. 
Lost another 7 BI @ 10nl. Back to 5nl now. Will be making 10 BI and then take another shot @ 10nl.
Also, I won't be checking the result of the sessions I play till about this week.
3 days since I dropped down to 5nl and made 10BI

It's been quite some time since I posted. I don't have much hands to post right now since I don't look at my session score every day. But overall I feel much comfortable @ 10NL now that I did before. Made some recovery and hope to get back soon. I am quite sure to move up this time!....

Quite some time since I've posted, primarily because I don't look @ session score at the end of the session now which seems to be working quite good. Today after 3-4 days I decided to glance @ my report and was shocked to see that I had won overall, despite of a pretty bad session which I played today.
