Weekly update no. 4

Played from 24.10.2022 to 30.10.2022

Hello everyone, :welcome:

In this last week I played 87 tournaments, ranging from freerolls to the $5.50 Mini EPT London Main Event and the $11 Mini EPT London PKO tournament. _grin: I also played the Scholars tournaments again and managed to squeeze my way into top 50 for the month with one more game to play :f_biggrin:

I have managed to get some small cashes into some tournaments last week, like the $3.30 PKO mini EPT London 5, $11 mini EPT London PKO, and 2 of 3 Scholars tournaments and also into this Sunday CC $300 Weekly I managed to get 6th place...so I finished the week with a final table. :f_drink:

So for the upcoming week the Bankroll is:

Played from 24.10.2022 to 30.10.2022

Starting Bankroll: T$ 1000.50
Last week Bankroll: $473.29 + T$ 779.14 = $1252.43
Current Bankroll: $521.30 + T$752.74 = $1274.04

Profit from last week: + $21.61

Goal: $10 000

For the upcoming 2 weeks I will be away from my PC having to travel do to my work so I will try and play some tournaments (mostly I will be playing form my phone and maybe from a laptop ), but since I don't have my PC setup I will be playing only some freerolls and maybe the $1.10 Scholars Event but that is not a guarantee since the tournament hour just moved 1 hour early since the Daylight Savings. So in order to better track my buy-ins/winnings and tournaments I will play only freerolls.

Take care and have a good week. :f_drink:

Hi guys, :welcome:
Still away form my pc, but I want to let you know that I got top 50 in the Scholars Leader Board and added another T$50 to the bankroll. For this month I played only Wednesday Scholars tournament, but missed the Tuesday one.
So pretty much I'm still playing only freerolls until I get back home.

Take care and good luck at the tables. :gl:

Hello everyone, :welcome:

Still away for one more week...but this weekend ( and also Monday ) I tried to qualify to WCOOP 2 Low via Spin & Go's. So I played with those extra T$50 that I received from last month Scholars Leader Board finish and managed to win $30 in cash and also some $22 and some $11 tournaments tickets. I used them to play some more satellites with places added but unfortunately I did not qualify to the WCOOP Low. :sorry:

This are the tickets that I have left after my attempt....I will not play any until they become regular tournaments tickets.

So that is it for now. Weekly update will be back next Monday.

Take care and have a good week :gl:

Hi guys, :welcome:

I finally got back home after two weeks and I am so ready to grind... I missed playing from my pc setup. Playing from mobile is ok, but it's not the same....

So tomorrow I will bring back the weekly update to get you guys up to speed with how the bankroll is and also the tickets that I still have from my attempt to qualify to WCOOP Low Main Event.

See you guys tomorrow.

Take care.

Weekly update no. 5 and 6

Played from 31.10.2022 to 13.11.2022

Hi everyone, :welcome:

Like most of you guys know I was away for 2 weeks with work. During that time I played mostly from my phone...( it was pain but I like poker that much :f_biggrin:). I played mostly freerolls since I can't focus on multi-tabling while playing from mobile. In the first week I played the Scholars remaining tournaments and managed to finish top 50 and add another T$50 to my bankroll, with that money I used it to play some $4 Spin & Go's to try and qualify to WCOOP 2 Main Event Low, unfortunately I did not win a spot into it but I managed to turn those T$ into $30 cash and also got some $11 and $22 tournament tickets that I will use to play regular tournaments (maybe I will try the Sunday Mini-Million ).

Also the first week I played the WCOOP 13 - L event it was a $11 PKO with $175 GTD, I use 2x$11 tickets but with no result...it wasn't my tournament. :f_cry: This journey is not only success most of the time you strike out, persistence is the key :f_wink:

In the second week I played some tournaments, mostly freerolls and the $1.10 scholars....this month has started bad for me in the Scholars but I played only 3 tournaments from 5...there are still 9 tournaments left and I plan to play them all...Hope I can turn it around, as today I am way off the money positions and points also.

The big result this week came from the $300 CC Weekly Freeroll where I managed to get 3rd so another nice boost of the Bankroll. I played well in it and also got lucky in some hands but most of all I was happy that my flips hold.

This was my last hand of the tournament...the only one that did not hold.

PokerStars - 4000/8000 Ante 800 NL - Holdem - 3 players
Hand converted by Holdem Manager 3

BTN: 606,629 (75.8 bb)
Hero (SB): 153,304 (19.2 bb)
BB: 47,067 (5.9 bb)

3 players post ante of 800, Hero posts SB 4,000, BB posts 8,000

Pre Flop: (pot: 14,400) Hero has Q♦: Q♣:
BTN raises to 30,400, Hero raises to 152,504 and is all-in, fold, BTN calls 122,104

Flop: (315,408, 2 players) K♥: 6♠: T♥:

Turn: (315,408, 2 players) 3♠:

River: (315,408, 2 players) 3♣:

Results: 315,408 pot (0 rake)
Final Board: K♥: 6♠: T♥: 3♠: 3♣:

Hero shows Q♦: Q♣:: (Two Pair, Queens and Threes)
(Pre 72%, Flop 12%, Turn 5%)

BTN shows 4♠: K♣:: (Two Pair, Kings and Threes)
(Pre 28%, Flop 88%, Turn 95%)

BTN wins 315,408

So after all this the Bankroll is:

Played from 31.10.2022 to 13.11.2022

Starting Bankroll: T$1000.50
Last week Bankroll: $521.30 + T$752.74 = $1274.04
Current Bankroll: $690.50 + T$748.34 = $1438.84

Profit from last week: + $164.80

Goal: $10 000

It's good to be back home and start grinding :f_drink: Take care and have a good week everyone. :gl:

PS: I will post some hands later this week after I upload the history in HM3 and review my gameplay.

Hi guys,

Today my PC was making some strange things (the activate windows thing pop-up even if I have an original windows bought and also my font automatically changed on all desktop and chrome weird stuff ) :wtf: so I had to re-install Windows all day and try to fresh re-install all my app. So I lost all my HM3 database ( since I did not make any backup to it )…I lost a lot more important stuff then that but that's life...you live and you learn. :sifflote:

I will try to install all of the apps that I had but it will take time...:sifflote:

Hi guys,

So finally put my PC back together and finished installing all the stuff that I had lost. Now that I'm done I'm back to playing poker. It has been some busy days this week, but I'm happy that I done it all back to normal.
On Thursday I managed to get to a final table in the $100 CC Daily, but unfortunately I don't have a photo for you guys with the final leaderboard...I finished 4th and won around $8 :f_grin:

Let's see what the weekend brings. I will play today the $22 mini Sunday Million and some other tournaments but that is the " main " of the evening...also I will try to play the Sunday Storm. :gl:

Other then that I really am excited about the World Cup starting today. Do you guys watching any games? Who do you support and who do you guys think will win it?

Hi!

First of all: I am reading ur blog for weeks now and I am really impressed about the work, you do; great job and I think, you will also get that next goal: The 10k!

One word about the world cup:
I'm not going to watch a minute of it. Not because of the host; our criticism of Qatar is -in my view- dishonest, because we court them when we need oil and gas, and criticize, when they then spend the money again. I simply can't stand the corrupt FIFA including its infante anymore. Additionally I am not a fan of "my" (german) team at all.

I want to wish you only the very best for your further journey. Keep on track!

Thank you for your kind words. I agree with you on the World Cup opinion, but since I love football so much I will watch most of the games. Even thought my country haven't been at a world cup since....I was a teenager :mdr:

Weekly update no. 7

Played from 14.11.2022 to 20.11.2022

Hi everyone, :welcome:

This weeks update is a little bit late (sorry for that), for the past week I played only some 1-2 freerolls a day, the $1.10 Scholars tournaments and on Sunday I played $22 mini Sunday Million using one of my $22 tournament tickets.
On Thursday I managed to reach the final table of the CC Daily freeroll and finished 4th for around $8 and some change :f_cool:...On Sunday played only the mini Sunday Million and managed to min cash and also get 1 bounty.....I don't know why but Sundays are not my days for tournaments runs :sifflote:

This month on Scholars tournaments I can't get anything going my way. It seems to be one of those months . There are still 5 tournaments to be played but I don't have much hope for cash places this month. As of today I am 348th with only 41 points. :sorry:

So the Bankroll at the start of this week is:

Played from 14.11.2022 to 20.11.2022

Starting Bankroll: T$1000.50
Last week Bankroll: $690.50 + T$748.34 = $1438.84
Current Bankroll: $720.36 + T$745.04 = $1465.40

Profit from last week: + $26.56

Goal: $10 000

Sorry for not posting any hand but since I lost all my database from HM3 I have only the hands from Sunday. I will review that tournament sometime this week and try to post some key hands from it.

Have a great week everyone and good luck at the tables. :gl:

Sunday evenings are normally my deep run nights, I haven't made any final tables yet as I don't play enough of them. But I've finished in the top 20 a few times.

GL with your challenge!
