On the bubble of a Double-or-Nothing, I get K♠:K♥: on the button.
All I want to do is steal the blinds, because two of the three short stacks occupy them.

Note that with 13 BB, this should really be a shove, but ...

I'm happy if one of them shoves, of course.

What if one shoves and the other calls?

I tried to calculate this with HRC as advanced hand but I most done something wrong because it just showed no ranges to everyone at the table.

But what you did there wasn`t stealing (allthough it was but it was more something else) but you induce them to shove. So your thought process was a bit wrong.

Against one player we are happily calling shove and if they flat that is good option too because obviously no matter what game this is, we always some want action when we have big hand. Against shove and reshove from BB I`m pretty sure we need to fold because this is double or nothing and surviving is all that matters.

I think that what I tried to do was a "non-all-in all-in". In other words, any bet has the same effect as an all in, because I'm calling any shove. According to the link above, they should be playing only TT+ anyway.

However I had noticed that these players are still limping and playing hands even at this blind level and with these stack sizes.

Perhaps the best play really is shoving, since I'm pretty much hooped on an A-high flop facing an all-in from either of these guys.

Actually not. By advanced hand I mean someone is opening the pot with normal raise. Those are just nash shoving ranges.

Of course there will sometimes be Axx flops but can`t scare them too much. I think you played well that hand.

The tools and diagnostic equipment brought the most money.
Full size rolling tool cabinets went for $250 each. HuH? That is like 1/2 new.
In contrast, the press which cost several 10s of millions in 1995 sold for 25,000.

So the press is worth a hundred tool boxes.

Real Life
I can't stop thinking about work. Work that I no longer have.
I keep getting ideas for things to do, but there is no need -- weird.

I met some old workmates for lunch yesterday. I found out that the press sale at auction for 25,000 fell through since the successful bidder failed to meet some conditions. However it sold on Monday for 50,000. Woot!
The downside is that is sold for scrap.

I just played the most bizarre DoN ever.
I enterred 4 pots out of 40.
1 early on I won about 150 chips on when Villain folded to CBet
I then folded all but the last 3 hands.
I doubled up when my ATo open shove w/ 4 BB left beat AK by rivering a straight.

There are a few players who like to trap.
Once you have them identified it is easy to minimize your losses against them.
This player in particular limps almost every playable hand from UTG.
He then bets out post draw.
He can have trips, unimproved pairs, and now I find he can play this line with weak two pair hands.

His win rate is not too bad, really (small sample) but every so often...

5-Card Draw
Another rather intriguing hand.

In this one villain apparently defends his BB against a CO raise. No big deal, yet he draws two to (apparently) a cathop.

Versus a SB raise, this might be a good idea, since he is quite possibly ahead if any of his cards pairs up. There are also the flush, straight, and straight flush (drool) possibilities.

Still, I'm pretty sure that for me, that hand is a fold -- esp vs CO...

Another interesting thing -- note the rather extreme suit distribution...

I may have played one of these before, but if so, I don't remember it.

I managed to get a well-above-average stack when I held a pair of deuces in hand and got one on the flop and the case deuce OTT. Would have been worth pretty much nothing except there was a J on board too, and table chip leader held a pair of 'em.

The "first place" means "top 72 get tickets".
I was about 40th or so.

In Courcheval, you get 4 hole cards, and the first community card is face up pre-flop.
In 5-Card Omaha, you get 5 cards, and only you can see 'em.

Btw, I double-checked, and players actually do get five hole cards in Courchevel. So I assume the only difference is whether or not the first community card is dealt out preflop?
