So very nice coaching with Twice.

Unfortunetly, after the coaching i thought i could kill fishes at nl10. Well i can, but today i made quite a couple of mistakes. I will not post hands as i can even see what i did wrong.

So here are the points where i need to improve (here i lost $) :

- stop 3 betting TJ (it really doesn't work that great)
- stop 3 betting OOP weak hands like: AJo, KQo, 88, even AK got me into trouble
- stop cbetting big pots (after much action preflop) with pure air
- stop triple barreling fishes that call way to easy
- stop isolating 2 limpers w/ rubish
- stop bluffing river after villain double barrels into you
- stop cbetting multi-way pots w/ air
- stop calling 2nd pair till the river (fold turn if not improved)
- raise fishes on A high board w/ weak Aces like : AT, A9, AJ, etc (your ahead most of the time)
- watch who your raising/3betting/stuff ( i 3betted an 18/16 UTG raiser w/ ATo :f_mad: )

Day 2: -21$
Hands: 204 (stopped after that)

So even if today i didn't ran that good i feel i have an edge and i think after i will stop doing that mistakes i'll beat the shit out of nl10. hope that to be by the end of the month.

TOTAL:

-1 $
1360 hands (~600 behind). I will get there. :)

The most important thing is that you do not overestimate yourself. It's way better to always be self-critical and to think about every single spot and even post hands even though you think you can see the mistakes yourself. I mean yea, you can probably see most of the mistakes but are you 100% sure you can see all of them? ;) Imo not because most of the time we're not even aware of the fact that we're making mistakes or less good plays.

So I say keep posting hands, it wont do any harm!

sounds good my friend :f_thumbsup:

make sure u get in some volume and post some funky hands ;)

@ all:
there will also be a video series from us that goes with our project. for episode 1 where i introduce our project, what type of video u guys think we should make?

I) eminescu records a video of him playing and i comment on his play. imo thats the best format for current nl10 players to learn the most.
II) he plays a live session and i will comment. (i think its a bit early for him to play + talk live for a video and articulate his thoughts ... so i like this option the least for episode 1)
III) eminescu sends me ~7 interesting hands and we make a hand history review
IV) twicet plays a 40 min live session on nl10. i would try to tell u my thoughts on nl10 where i never played before (the idea would be: on every limit we move up to i play 1 session myself where i talk generally about the limit and the next episodes eminescu plays or we make some review of his play

I would go with @1 definitely. Seems the best option for nl10, indeed.

1 AND 4, I would say. 1 for obvious reasons, and 4 - I always wondered if those fancy lines and range evaluations that are so essential in higher limits would work on real donks, who move allin with 3rd pair / no kicker.

If you can, 1 and 4, if not, only 1.

ok guys, let's turn to some serious stuff now for a second

IT'S GONNA BE LEGEN ...... wait for it

DARY!

TwiceT is going to play nl10 real money on PartyPoker for episode 1 of our move it move it up series ..... tonight! :f_biggrin:

i never played nl10 besides crazy live homegames.

i will try my best not to spew around too much, but i cant guarantee that ... let's see if im able to assess ranges properly or if nl10 regs pwn tha shit out of me.

anyway, if u want to play vs me or just rail me at the tables, i will start the video recording in ~ 10 mins @ 6:45 pm austrian time.

i didnt rly play at party 2010, so my screen name should still be "drunkenLemur".

@ thnx for the comments. next videos will be reviews of radu's play to see his development and stuff. but we thought it might be funny to start the series/project off by me playing. let's see how that goes :f_biggrin:
