And by the way, just because you run good for 5k games, doesnt mean you have to run bad for the next 5k games. It's not Karma - its probability.

As i was bored today and surfing the internet , i was making some calculations (mostly for fun at the moment) about the difference between pokerstars vs full tilt promotions and about the supernova(elite) vs black member .Allthough my calcs could be wrong i ll give it a shot.
You need 50000ftps to gain black member or 5000 $ rake if u are a sng player.
So lets say u achieve black member in one month playing 1000 sngs of 60$ sng.
If u play that amount on pokerstars u will get 27500vpps per month so you will reach super nova in 4 months.Lets say u take the rates(for the vip stellar) for being supernova from the start and you get ftps on ft being a black member from the start as well.
According to the vip value calculator pokerstars site has you will achieve 330000vpps in one year so you will gain 25k on bonuses which is 41.8%rb
For full tilt you will rake 60k$ in one year .With 27$rb u get 16200$.You will also get 2xftps(for being black member , lets not count happy hour ).So you will get 1.2m points using the 1.1m for the 5k$ bonus (with the reduction of your rb u will get for clearing the bonus its worth 3650$).Overall 19850$ for full tilt.I hope i did most of the calcs correct . From the above supernova > black member ( iam not even talking about supernovaelite ♦ ).

I have made 8600 credits just fucking around on the micros and taking it half seriously.
The academy that is, and I just found out there are at least 2 MTT challenges that can be done with
SNGs that are worth 4k and 5k each once you do them ten times.
IDK how many points you ballers get per day but for us lower level players the academy can get you
started with a shitload of points compared to our earn rate of FTPS.

If u spend 5k rake per month as i posted for a year you keep the black card so why to add more rakeback ?I didnt want to use mid-end year promotion because to be a black member u dont need to play every day so many ppl can achieve black member without getting iron man every month,also i am not aware of the bonuses pokerstars have in general in a year thats why i picked the most important/basic ones.Academic credits for a mid-high level player as someone should be to meet the reqs i ve made in the previous post are not worth it.

Edit: I got it now what u meant dotarian but i wanted to compare vs the supernova at pokerstars and with 18k rake u barely make supernova status i believe.
I will try to keep that post short.So during that month i whined a lot .I was feeling i was running too bad .Maybe i had high expectations for that month cause i had decided to put more effort and volume compared to the other months and i did . I had like twice the volume i was having the previous month and i also took the last week off.I was having more reviews also and i was expecting a good result that never came.Was it just variance ? Did the change of 6tabling to 9 tabling affect my game ? Or maybe the new limit is harder than i thought?Allthough i feel in general my game was solid i miss spots where when i was 6tabling i wasnt.I dont know if that can cause the big difference i saw in my results but the numbers say that my itm was good and i had lack of first spots.
This is my first month on the 36s.Next month i expect something more to keep me going.
So tommorow is a new day , a new month and motivation to start grinding !

Well sample is still small but i still i feel i havent found a rhytm yet in my sessions.This month i focus only on 36s , i ve changed my timezone of playing so i can have more games but i am not satisfied with the results yet.Allthough i table select good ( i think ♦ ) i feel i havent met any upswing yet.I am working a lot on my early game cause i was too tight and i am trying to use any small edge i can find , i have a feeling i place my chips well but luck isnt with me.I hope it will get better i really wanna give some shots at the 60s next month.

I ve played 22.4hrs according to hem . I 9 table at the moment but it takes 20+ mins and sometimes much more to have all the tables open cause traffic isnt great.Positive thing is that havent found any huge winners (probably 1 max 2 at my tables) but i ve seen many breakeven players from -1% to +1% roi in big samples.
