mwahaha, I'll post before/after pics when I get back home ♦
I'm playing only SH now, though when I was at NL200 I liked to play a little HU, and also open FR tables (most FR regs don't play SH, so I got to play heads-up and short-handed with fish for a while before the tables filled up, much moniez there)
And now, ladies and gentleman, I bring you a special feature:
Inside the mind of a micro-stakes grinder!
(HH wouldn't convert)
iPoker NL50$, 6 players
Hero: $56.85
BU: $71.64
SB: $143.89
Hero is MP with A♥ A♠
UTG folds, Hero raises to $1.75, fold, BU calls, SB calls, fold.
Flop ($5.75)
J♦ 5♥ 3♣
SB checks, Hero bets $4.00, BU calls, SB raises to $15.75.
Hmmm, SB check/raises in a 3-way pot, but he's a massive fish, so he doesn't have to have a good hand here. I'll call and re-evaluate the turn.
Hero calls, BU calls.
Turn ($52.25)
2♠
SB bets $52.25
Welp, there's a decent chance that this guy just has top pair, or even a weirdly played QQ, etc. BU definitely has 33/55/JJ though. He's an ABC reg, and there's no way he would've continued on the flop after a c/r and my call without at least 2 pair (and J5/J3/53 are never in his range). Good thing I'm not on tilt despite losing a lot, cause if I were, I definitely would've called!
Hero folds, BU raises all-in to $54.39, SB calls.
BU shows 3♥ 3♠, SB shows J♣ 5♦ . Hero smiles to himself.
River ($161.03)
A♣

That is all. Now Ima watch an episode of the 4400, cause I've already played two sessions of 2 and 4 hours respectively, for 5k hands. (Anytime, boomswitch!)
