Weekly Vote: Thoughts on the Upcoming High Stakes Poker Season?
GSN has just announced that season 7 of the hit TV show High Stakes Poker is going to be taped in November. We would like to know what you think about this and what you expect from the new season.
High Stakes Poker season 7 is in the making, according to a GSN spokesperson, who said that the show will be taped between the 18th and 20th of November. You can find more information about it in our previous news.
Being one of the most well-known TV poker show, the newest season is expected by many poker fans. It is not yet known if the format will be similar with the previous season, or if GSN plans on making changes to it.
No names have been officially announced so far, but five pros have been present in all previous seasons: Doyle Brunson, Eli Elezra, Barry Greenstein, Daniel Negreanu and Antonio Esfandiari.

According to the poll results, a little more than 40% of the voters claimed it's an OK idea, but they won't really be affected by it, while another 23% said they plan on staking some fellow PokerStrategists.

- 22.92%: It's a great idea, I will try to stake some fellow PokerStrategists
- 20.83%: It's a great idea, I will try to get staked by fellow PokerStrategists
- 14.58%: I don't think the Staking Forum is a good idea
