As announced earlier this week, we are now presenting you the first part of Somnius' article series on the neuropsychology of poker. The first video and the first written article are now released and you can access them as a promotion with just a basic membership.

Understand your brain and improve your decision making
In his series, he describes how motivation, dedication and focus work together and how we can improve our poker mindset. He goes in depth into describing processes in your brain and will give you a better understanding of how decision making works for you and what you can do to improve it, both on and off the poker table.
An important part of being a profitable poker player is being tilt-free. Somius explains how negative emotions influence our brain and how we can stay in control. A must read for every aspiring poker player.
