The Pokerstrategy.com Heads-Up Championship is over and imfromsweden from our poker school is crowned the champion, after he defeated lnternet in the final.

Like every other match, it was 90-minutes and three tables of $1/$2 No-Limit, with the player holding the most profit at the end crowned the champion.

imfromsweden007' held onto a three buy-in lead for most of the match but had to withstand a barrage of pressure from 'lnternet' for the final 15 minutes.
Despite such a lead, one of the three tables saw both players over 300 big blinds deep, meaning one mistake at any time would have switched the momentum in
'lnternet's' favour.
However, 'imfromsweden007' managed to get over the finish line, even managing to increase his lead and ending the match up just over $800.
'imfromsweden007' booked his place in the final when he beat 'pleno1' then 'KTU' in the previous two rounds.
Not only is 'imfromsweden007' the first ever PokerStrategy.com Heads-Up Champion, we also announced this evening he will receive an official championship belt and will be given the chance to defend his title next month in what will become a regular fixture at PokerStrategy.com.
