You ain't seen the bottom until you reach the bottom of your bankroll due to a tilt, only to repeat the story over and over again. It may take some time to accept the fact that you have an issue with tilting and the best place to help you with that, as well as how to deal with it, is this week's hottest thread "Tiltaholics Anonymus" started by jonikop.
In a couple of detailed intro posts, JonikoP describes his problem, his plans to deal with it and more. Being a tiltaholic, he has invited fellow PokerStrategists to help him out or if they are in the same hole, to dig their way out in joint effort.
Poker Blog of the Week
Yes, it is widely known that PokerStrategy.com doesn't have just one monkey running around, but two - twicet & thelastnail. What have they been up to lately? Obviously something funky and luckily for us, we can read all about it in their blog.
The blog not only covers poker, but also other aspects of their everyday monkey lives. It has been over a year now since they've started providing us with all sorts of crazy footage and poker reports. The latest topic seems to be TwiceT's big clash with arem in the finals of the League of Champions, so go check it out!
New Community Members this Week
One little, two little, twenty little, hundred little PokerStrategists joined us this week. Traffic in the Introductory section of our forum has really been...pretty trafficky this week. We have gained new members from all over the world and more importantly for those of you who like to meet new people and read their stories, many of them were kind enough to introduce themselves to us:

Performances of the Week
Several big cashes by PokerStrategists marked this week. Leading the pack is (hold back your surprise) with a runner-up finish in the $75k GTD tournament on Full Tilt Poker. Besides big tournament wins, our members also reached some of their long-awaited goals, such as reaching a new rank on PokerStrategy.com, digging their way out of the hole and more. Here are some of the most notable performances of this week:
- finished 2nd in a $75k Super Turbo Guarantee for $12,167.50.
- finished 1st in a $55+R on PokerStars for $4,180.
- bigniux earned $6,161.39 in various MTTs.
- cjchalmers reached the Gold-status.
One Million in a Year - Total Winnings (Week 11): $144,211.80
Yabadabadoo! We are seriously rollin' towards the One Million in a Year goal. An insane amount of activity was seen this week, as numerous members posted their winnings all over the thread. In total, we have added another $14k this week!
There were some big cashes as well as plenty small ones, which all added up to our current total winnings of $144k. Keep up the great work and don't hesitate to post a tournament winning, regardless of its size, game type or colour of the pokerroom's background.
