It's also worth checking out the interesting hand below which came up. Our hero opened pre-flop and was called by the Cutoff and Big Blind. He continuation bet the flop, both players called. He fired a second bullet on the turn, the Cutoff folded and the Big Blind called. Then our hero bet the river and was reraised, as you can see below:
