Freelance: Community Supporter

PokerStrategy.com seeks Freelance Community Supporters in all 19 languages. By becoming a Freelance Community Supporter, you will be working from home to support our growing online community in your language. You will form a vital part of our team and provide excellent customer service to our members through a variety of channels.
If you are fluent in English and one other language, are active in the PokerStrategy.com community and understand the value of great customer service and 'going the extra' mile, we want to hear from you. Professional customer service experience is a bonus.
As a Freelance Community Supporter, you undertake two roles:
1. Super Moderation
2. Customer Service
| As a Super Moderator, you... | |
| • | Moderate our forums and supervise Moderators, so that the forums are a friendly and helpful place |
| • | Moderate and answer news comments |
| • | Find and train voluntary moderators |
| • | Act as role model for voluntary moderators, showing an exemplary work ethic and improving their work |
| In Customer Service, you... | |
| • | Ensure all customer inquiries are dealt with as quickly as possible when being on duty |
| • | Ensure assigned queues (ticket, email and phone) are cleared |
| • | Ensure information provided to customers is always up-to-date and of a high quality |

Freelance: Poker School Coordinator
As Poker School Coordinator you will be working closely with our Poker School team, hand evaluation judges and video producers to give our users a fantastic poker training product.

Intern: e-Learning Specialist
As an e-Learning Specialist Intern, you will be working in our headquarters in Gibraltar. Throughout your internship (typically 6 months), we will give you the opportunity to experience many different aspects of our company, the teams and the people behind PokerStrategy.com.
