Meet Stasia42
Stas Stasia42 Tishkevich is a pro poker player from Israel. He was the first Israeli to pay tax on their poker winnings, even though it is considered an illegal activity there.
He has won over $200,000 on PokerStars in cash games and MTTs, including a $90,000 cash in the SCOOP Main Event.
Stas is a big ambassador for poker in Israel. In 2013 he founded the Israeli Poker Union, he is a member of the International Poker Federation and has represented Israel in the Poker Nations Cup.
Amazingly despite all this, he also has almost completed an Engineering Degree and is expecting his first child later this year.
