PokerStrategy.com Elephant Learns SNGs
With the latest release of the PokerStrategy.com Elephant you will be able to analyse your SNGs on PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker and PartyPoker. The release also includes several bug fixes and improvements to stability and performance.
If you have been reading the Elephant Blog lately you might have noticed the frequent updates by head developer Markus with regards to the status of SNG implementation.
The new SNG features
The latest version now offers a tourney tab, which will be the entry point to the Elephant for every SNG player. The general overview (screenshot) shows you your overall performance through a graph or as a spreadsheet. You can filter it by date and view different currencies separately. You can also display the exact number of tourneys played, your winnings, the return on investment (ROI) and a few other values.
You can now get a comprehensive insight into every SNG through the new detailed view (screenshot). Check all of your tournament hands at a glance or through the familiar hand history format.
In order to make hand discussions on the forum as easy as possible, we have implemented an easy export function for hand discussion forums on PokerStrategy.com.
The Elephant currently supports SNGs and Multi Table SNGs on PartyPoker, PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker, but no MTTs as of yet.

Important note for PokerStars players:
The hand histories for SNGs provided by PokerStars currently don't include the full placements, which leads to issues while processing the data with all tracking tools. To make your data from PokerStars fully usable we ask you to request your hand histories via e-mail. You can find out how to do that through our guide, which can be downloaded here.

What's next?
First of all we wanted to provide a useful tool for at least 85% of players by supporting PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker and PartyPoker SNGs. Support for other poker rooms is coming soon and iPoker and Everest currently have the highest priority.
We also want to provide SNG players with a HUD and the development of this will start shortly. Another high priority in the pipeline is the addition of an option to filter your SNGs by the number of participants.
We are aware of the fact that the current version won't cater for all needs yet, but we didn't want to wait any longer to bring you our latest release. Feedback for the existing features will enable us to further improve our product.
Our goal for the next weeks and months is the development of a stable tool that offers high performance and is easy to use. It will support all beginner level game types and support the relevant poker rooms in order to provide new members with the best introduction to tracking software possible.
