This week's topic: What has been the most important factor in improving your game? In order to improve, we have several offers you can take advantage of.
Learning and constantly improving one's own game isn't that easy. It's not enough to just play and become more experienced. You also have to work on the theoretical part of the game. But in order to do this, you have the choice between several offers.
- Reading articles is a very good way to get to know the theory behind poker.
- Watching videos might give you a better understanding.
- Listening to coaching sessions allows you to follow the thoughts of experienced players.
- Posting sample hands (NL, FL, SnG, Omaha) might be your key to improve most of all, as you receive evaluations by experienced hand judges.
- Discussions with other members, moderators and coaches in the forum (NL, FL, SnG, Omaha) is another way to improve your game.
We suggest that you take advantage of all our offers, but still, some of you might have their favourites. Tell us what you use the most and why you do so.

Last week's weekly vote result: Where are you from?
Last week, we asked you to tell us where you are from. The result wasn't that surprising when you keep in mind that we are not only an English community, but also a very international community. Since it is only possible to take 20 countries into the poll, we couldn't list all countries you are from. That's why most of you, 35.47%, voted for "others", which means, that they are not from a listed country. After the "others" category, Slovenia received the most votes - 10.47% of you are from this country. 6.40% of you voted for Estonia and 5.81% voted each for Canada and Belgium. 4.65% of the voters are each from Germany and Hungary. On a side note: Our translator Drakhor doesn't seem to be the only person from Luxembourg. 😉
