With the WSOP a distant memory and UKIPT Galway on the horizon, the Asian Poker Tour's Macau festival has managed to nestle itself neatly in the middle.
Kicking off yesterday inside the StarWorld Casino, the eight-day event features a $3,200 Main Event as well as a $6,400 High Roller amongst slew of side events.
While the tables will be flooded with a host of local talent, some international stars have also made the trip to Asia's gambling capital.
Alongside the likes of Sam Razavi and "Chino" Rheem, Joe Hachem will be doing his best to take down the Main Event which starts on Saturday.

Liv Boeree is used to running well at the felt, but in the last couple of months she's been doing a mixture of running and walking away from it.
In a recent blog post, the darling of PokerStars has explained why she was late joining her friends at the WSOP this year.
Before heading across the Atlantic she managed to take part in a charity run for Cancer Research UK.
Taking place in London over a 10km course, Liv lined up alongside 1,400 other runners and "crushed" her expected time by "finishing in 52 minutes".
After giving her legs some time to rest, Liv was on the move the following day courtesy of an invite to the premier of World War Z.
Taking to the red carpet in London's Leicester Square, Liv enjoyed a moment in the spotlight away from the poker world as she posed in front of a "wall of photographers".
Aside from enjoying the film and an impromptu performance by Muse, Liv was left in awe of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

According to an article in the Edinburgh News, recent Wimbledon Champion Andy Murray has been gifted a custom poker table.
The personalised table was commissioned by Murray's uncle, Niall Erskine, and created by Michael McCarron who only started making tables a year ago.
Despite his relative inexperience, McCarron was contacted by Erskine to design a table that reflects Murray's memorable moments on the tennis court.
After being sent a copy of the tennis star's official logo, McCarron lined the table with poignant place names from Murray's career such as Wimbledon, Flushing Meadows, and Roland Garros.
Although Murray is currently away from home, he has seen the table and is "very pleased with it".

"Sanlker" topped the latest high stakes leaderboard by a huge margin in the last 24 hours thanks to a $362,097 win.
After grinding through 610 hands the German pro banked almost $300,000 more than his closest rival, Kyle "KPR16" Ray, who scooped $149,927.
In contrast, Viktor "Isildur1" Blom continued his recent slide with another six-figure deficit.
After 1,736 hands the Swedish pro lost $446,892 to take his annual profit down to $2,942,867.
