High Stakes Poker will happen this year

HSP is still happening
The poker world was delighted to hear at the start of the year that High Stakes Poker was returning to our screens, but then Covid happened and it went quiet.
The great news, shared by commentator Nick Schulman, is that it looks like it will be here in 2020, although the finer points are yet to be addressed.
With a second lockdown looking likely in parts of the world, this could be some much needed entertainment for the winter months:

Polk vs Negreanu also still happening
Making a mockery of this writer's prediction it won't happen, the grudge match between Daniel Negreanu and Doug Polk is almost finalised.
Yesterday KidPoker talked terms with Polk and it seems the only debating point is the number of hands.
The other issue of where it will be played has not been addressed, but will likely be decided by where both men are at the time of the challenge.
All 3 of these are good to go. I think we should pick a number of hands in the near future instead of leaving it at 10-25k hands though. I would prefer more hands. Also do you want to have a penalty if someone quits early? I think its unlikely but worth discussing.

Postle doc also still happening
Following a defiant breaking of the silence by Stones Gambling Hall card room manager Justin Kuraitis, we also learned that a documentary is happening surrounding the Mike Postle story, something which had previously just been rumoured.
David Broome, the documentary maker, took to Twitter to say he wants to hear from the online poker community on this case.
It is worth a look at the comments to his tweets because not only is there skepticism from poker players that this will covered in an unbiased manner, a lot of them believe that Stones Gambling Hall is funding this docuseries.
