No Challengers for Heads-up Contest; Jungleman to Play Live Streamed Cash Game
No one stepped up to the plate for PokerStrategy.com coach Daniel "junglemandan" Cates' €100,000 heads-up challenge. Instead, Cates will compete in a high stakes ring game with Luke Schwartz and several others on a live stream.

Some weeks ago, PokerStrategy.com coach Daniel '
junglemandan' Cates issued a challenge announcing that he would play anyone for €100,000 in a €200/€400 No Limit heads-up match.
Despite Tony G mouthing off about it, no one took up the offer of a six-figure game with Cates, so the match will be replaced by a €50/€100 ring game, streamed on WPT and ThePokerFarm today from 15:00 GMT.
Cates is widely considered to be the best heads-up NL player in the world, so it's not a surprise that he didn't get any takers even though ThePokerFarm incentivised challengers by introducing a custom-designed World Poker Heavyweight Championship title belt.
Jungleman versus Elephant Man
The cash game will feature not only junglemandan but also UK loudmouth Luke "__FullFlush1__" Schwartz and Czech businessman Jan Barta, who owns Elephant Orchestra Domains.
While Barta may not be a professional poker player, he claims to trace his family back to Albert Einstein and could well stand a chance of outsmarting someone at the table.
There are no fixed rules for the game, except the maximum number of players is set at eight and the game must remain No Limit Hold'em. The stakes begin at €50/€100 with a minimum buy-in of €10,000 but there's no telling how big the game will get.
