Hot Poker Thread of the Week

tosh5457 has been having a discussion with his friend recently. The topic of their discussion is whether two players with the same skills would get different results in poker. According to his friend, two such players would have different results and the difference would only rise over time with the more hands they play.

What are your thoughts on this matter? Do you think the difference between their results would indeed increase over time or perhaps, if there is ever any, even out in the long run? Share your opinion with other community members, whether it be from the mathematical point of view, personal experience or something third.

Poker Blog of the Week

It took one Diamond party in Münich to convert kevvu from Fixed Limit to No Limit Hold'em. The masterminds behind this plot and the three men with most of the guilt on their shoulders for this turn of events were twicet, bierbaer and thelastnail.

In just two months, kevvu moved up from NL10 to NL100. However, he found himself stuck there and it was not to his liking. The obvious choice was to tag along with TLN and learn poker with him. kevvu's plan now is to progress up to NL1k in half a year with the help of TLN. You can track his progress in his blog dedicated to this "6months NL mission".
