Over the years I have seen similar stories from several poker rooms.
I suggest sending email to support@pokerstars.eu
Also — just to be sure — include support@pokerstars.com

Then wait patiently.

Let us know what happens.

Not sure if that's gonna help in your case, but I suggest asking Stars' Twitter support (not sure if I can link it here, but its '@StarsSupport') on Twitter. My issue was different, but what took over two weeks without a proper answer via e-mail was handled via Twitter in 7 minutes...

Not sure how things are by now, but back in May, when this whole mess started, attempting to contact their email support would lead to this message:

This email address is no longer active. If you have anything you want to ask us, contact our Support team.

They are available anytime on our 24/7 Messenger Help channel. All you have to do is log into your account and go to our help center.

Website/Mobile: Account → Help → Contact Us

Desktop: Help → Contact Us

Not sure how their Twitter support would do, but I imagine you can still contact their regular live chat support in the client.

I think you know what to do here. Explain the situation, endure their antics, be patient, swallow your frustration and try not to go insane in the process.

The way this player migration and the resulting account verifications are handled has been a disaster since Day 1. I know it is extremely frustrating and I expect I may have to go through the same eventually, but we have no choice but to endure, if nothing else to get to our funds.

The only advice I can give is to never attribute to malice what can be attributed to incompetence, and to treat the customer service agents as well as possible, even when they drive you insane, because they are the ones who can resolve this, for better or for worse.

Did you not get any confirmation about your account having been verified after the DE migration, though? If you did, I assume that you pointed that out during your chat? What did they say about it?

Logging through a mobile PS app and accessing chat there may speed up the things.

Then surely you asked them what needs to be done to get your account verified? Did they make an effort to help you with that, in any way?

You mentioned something about SMS validation on your blog shortly before you started this thread. Is that one still pending?
