Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$1/$2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BU with A:s, 6:c.
3 folds, Hero raises, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: (4.5 SB) 5:d, J:d, J:s (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.25 BB) T:d (2 players)
BB bets, Hero ??

Villain stats: 27/20/1.7/40, 550 hands

I'm planning to call him down on the flop. But on the turn the flushdraw gets in and the T also hits his range quite well so I think I should give up here.

I think i would fold here. As you mentioned the flushdraw comes in and the ten is in his range. Even the jack is quite possible. Villains line looks very strong all the way and we can only beat a bluff.

i would fold as well as it is basically unlikely that a straightforward player (judged by the given stats) purebluffs that boards as this guy basically expects a-high to call down on a blanks. that board doesn't give you so much bluffouts, except the flushouts. the only reasonable draw came in on the turn. it's a fold for me as well.
