Exploitation: thin value bets

Does your opponent call too much? Use that to your advantage and widen your value betting range - here's how.

New Lesson:
Exploitation (2): Thin Value Betting

Thin value betting is a way to exploit your opponents' wide calling ranges. Take a look at the following hand as an example:
$100 NL (4 players) 100BB effective stacks

Preflop:
($1.50) Hero is BU with AhJh
1 fold, Hero raises to $2.87, SB 3-bets to $8.70, 1 fold, Hero calls $5.83

Flop: ($18.40) Jc7c3h (2 Players)

SB bets $10.20, Hero calls $10.20

Turn: ($38.80) Kh (2 Players)
SB bets $21.00, Hero calls $21.00

River:

SB is an aggressive player who 3-bets 22% vs. button opens and barrels too much postflop.

Do you think hero should value bet in this spot or would that be too optimistic?

If you do bet, how much? Could hero make an even thinner value bet?
