Update: Ongame Rake Race Status and bwin StrategyPoints

Unfortunately, we are still experiencing problems with StrategyPoints being awarded to bwin players. We will continue to run the $50,000 Ongame rake race as normally scheduled; however, the Ongame rake race updates will not be regularly published. We apologise for the inconvenience.

As we previously reported, PokerStrategists who are playing on tracked bwin accounts are currently experiencing a delay in receiving StrategyPoints. Unfortunately for bwin players, this issue is still ongoing and daily StrategyPoint totals may not be updated.

If you are a bwin.com player who has not yet received the StrategyPoints you have earned, our customer support team can update your status accordingly. In the event that you received too many StrategyPoints, you will be entitled to keep these awarded StrategyPoints once we have fully reconciled past data.

Our monthly $50,000 Ongame rake race has been paid out for May, though this payout is based on a monthly gross rake report that is not reflected in the previously awarded daily StrategyPoints. Because of this, the rake race results may differ from the StrategyPoints totals shown on our website.

The $50,000 Ongame rake race will continue, however we are unable to post regular Ongame Rake Race updates until the final rankings at the end of the month. Players will still receive their payout in the race.
