If you have been struggling with variance kyyberi has been blogging from the PLO streets to put a lot of things in perspective. 

He recently posted about how it's important to zoom out and look at the long term when you are on a short-term run of bad variance. He also posted this sick cooler that he was on the right side of at the PLO tables. 

Elsewhere, garynicol85 had a quiet month at the tables, but as always managed a podium finish and a cool screenshot. Here he is taking third in a mystery bounty where he won more in bounties than he did for the bronze payout position. 

The best name in the game stackoffski also managed a podium finish and gave us his recap for May. He's having a swingy month but a very successful year, up almost 300 buy-ins. 

Finally, mantelo is putting the rest of us to shame with his monthly update. It was another good month at the tables for him, the highlights of which were winning two PokerStars Malaga packages and his second GGPoker Zodiac win. This time, he has a tiger. 

2026 Challenge Updates

In 2026, we will be making some changes. Reports are due monthly, starting from January 5.

There will be four quarterly raffles of $150 in CoinPoker credits, which you will be eligible for if you have reported in all three quarters' reports (the first one being December, January and February).

In December 2026, there will be a final raffle prize of $500 for anyone who has reported 10 out of the 12 months of the year, which will reward consistency while also giving everyone some leeway. The prize pool distributions for the final $500 will be announced later.
