iPoker Network to Launch Speed Hold'em in July

First there was Rush Poker, then Zoom Poker, then Blaze Poker. Now, the iPoker network have produced their own fast-fold poker variant: Speed Hold'em. The twist here is that you can join the player pool up to 10 times!

The iPoker network will be joining the fast-fold poker craze sparked by Full Tilt Poker's Rush Poker variant.

Online gaming software providers, Playtech, are the brains behind the iPoker network's software. They have confirmed that they will be launching their own fast-fold poker variant, Speed Hold'em, next month.

Speed Hold'em games will be marked with a green lightning bolt icon in the poker room lobby. Unlike the other fast-fold poker variants currently on the market, Speed Hold'em allows each player to join the player pool up to 10 times.

What does this mean for you? More hands, more rewards, more money!

How does Speed Hold'em work?

Unlike regular ring games, players in Speed Hold'em are entered into a player pool of hundreds.

After you have finished playing one hand - whether you have gone to showdown or folded - you are instantly sat at a new table with new opponents.

You can even fold out of turn - if you don't like your hand, you can "Speed Fold" before the players in front of you have acted, being dealt a new hand with new players instantly.
