1. - Read the articles:
» After the Flop: An Opponent has Initiative - You will rarely call a raise before the flop, simply because doing so is rarely profitable. You want to be in control when you play, which means being active and not making passive calls. However, there will be times when you find yourself in a situation without the initiative. In this article you will learn how to deal with just such scenarios.
» Professional Attitude - A professional attitude is a must for any aspiring poker player. Talent alone is worth nothing if the individual lacks a desire to read, learn and develop their game. A lot of poker careers fall short at this point, and come to a premature end. Read this article to learn about the right approach to attitude, and use it to become a better player.
» BONUS: Concentration - The word "concentration" has many meanings. This article is about its psychological meaning: it expresses the human ability to focus on one thing and devote one's entire attention to it. In the ideal case, one "forgets" everything else - they can't visualize anything else and focus solely on the object at hand.

4. - Do the homework:
Question 1: Post a hand for evaluation where you have based your decisions on the stats of your opponents. (Post your hand in the Hand evaluation board, and provide a link to your hand in your private thread.)
Question 2: Evaluate one of the hands submitted by other members. (Choose a hand from the Hand evaluation board and post your own evaluation in the thread. Post a link to the hand you have evaluated in your private thread. You can evaluate as many hands as you want, but try to choose hands not yet evaluated by other users first.)
