Yes it shows it in stones. That's how we do it in IE and UK.

I have no idea what lbs and stone are, but congrats to the weight loss! ♠_thumbsup: Keep up the good work! ♠_thumbsup:Stone is 14 lbs, so 6.35 kg.
If I remember my early education correctly, it is only ever used for weighing humans.
Here in Canada, we never used it in my lifetime, but still use lbs (0.454 kg) for human weight.
Yep simple Maths are
1 stone = 6.35kg or 14 lbs
1kg = 2.2 lbs or 0.157 stone

Ah sure I'm Irish.... not European... we float over here separate to the mainland with the UK blocking us lol
50K on the bike today but it may have come at a cost.
I have a very stiff left leg at the moment (no pain per se but a level of discomfort)
Wasn't planning another rest day this week but may have to do so or at least take it easier 🙃

Looks like my bad back got some company...
I show some solidarty, too: Had a common cold this week and couldn´t exercise. Yesterday, I went to tennis practice but realize now, that it was too early. Was not good for my body. Fortunately coach noticed too that I was not fit yesterday and gave us a great technique lession without running around too much. ♠_biggrin:♠_thumbsup:
I hope all of you get better soon — spring is coming, and we don't want to be stuck indoors when it finally gets nice out
Thanks all - turned out to be a nothing burger in the end. Was able to cycle yesterday and plan to do another cycle or two today
Weekly update to come tomorrow.
Have a great Sunday <3
Week in Review (March 6 - March 12)
Another week in the books - let's see how it went by reviewing last week's goals
[X] Cycle 200+km = completed 245km during the 7-day period
[X]Calories earned: 3,000+ = earned 3,675 during the 7-day period
[X]Maintain 1,100 daily calorie deficit = maintained it, more below
Weight loss
Weigh-in on 8th March brought good news and a 4 lb decrease since the start of the month.
March 1st = 14 stone 11.5 lbs
March 8th = 14 stone 7.5 lbs
Will weigh again on the 15th (Wednesday)
Exercise:
All exclusively on the bike, of course.
As mentioned above, 245km this week as I really went for it!
Monday - 35km
Tuesday - 0km
Wednesday - 55km
Thursday - 40m
Friday - 50km
Saturday - 30km
Sunday - 35km
Total: 245km
The goal was 200+km so we beat it despite having a day off
Calories earned
My bike gives 15 calories per 1km (cannot say for sure how accurate this actually is but giving it the benefit of the doubt!)
Goal was 3,000+ so, again, beat it by a big margin with 3,675
Cal deficits
I'm allowing 2,200 per day and adding in the cycling cals from above and then deducting from food taken (Again food deductions are non exact but the best I can do)
The goal for this week was to maintain an elevated average (1,100 calories) and glad to report this was beaten
Monday - 1417 cal
Tuesday - 1075 cal
Wednesday - 1414 cal
Thursday - 1172 cal
Friday - 1315 cal
Saturday - 1107 cal
Sunday - 1319 cal
Total: 8819 calls / 7 = 1259
Will set some goals in a later post once I've had some caffeine and breakfast

I haven't lost any money in a week
Spoiler
(because I haven't played, but its still zero losses)
Goals for the next 7 days
Going to up the ante again
240km
1.2K average daily calorie deficit
3,600 calories earned
5km speed run in less than 7 minutes - Usually high 7's although I've never properly tested it
Saint Patricks Day is this Friday so that means a day off work + a restaurant meal + less cycling.
This should make for a tough week

Beidh Guinness agam ar an lá beannaithe[1]
Unfortunately, we can only get it in cans here now.
A lot of bars and green food colouring to ordinary beer, which should be considered sacrilege on several grounds.
[1] Sure and I'll be having a Guinness on the blessed day.

Have one for me too please mate
Low calorie burger
I've been threatening to make a low-calorie burger for some time now and today I completed that feat!
Now, before going into specifics it was not the burger I had intended to design. There was a miscommunication with Mrs UPAY4DINNER on one of the key ingredients so it's a little bit more calorific than intended
Ingredients
Patty
113g 5% Fat Angus Mince beef
Egg whites to bind the burger
1 cheese slice
Brioche buns
Diced Red Onion
Iceberg Lettuce
Cooked in Olive oil spray
Sauce
5g Light Mayo
5g Lower sugar Ketchup
218 calories without the bun, 372 calories with it and 532 including oven chips.
It was absolutely delicious - the kids and Mrs highly approved as well
Next time the sauce will be different and should reduce the calories even more so.
Sorry Harrier - no photos this time - I'm not that good in the kitchen and we were all wanting to dive in as soon as it was ready for consumption!
