Poker Blog of the Week
Sometimes players will go broke or more often than not have to withdraw large parts of their bankroll to pay off bills, buy food etc. So the question is, what do you do with those player points you had built up? and is it really possible to reignite a complete bankroll from those points alone?
One man that can is community member ravforenzo and his inspiring blog which i urge everyone to read. ravforenzo is now one month into his challenge and has turned his 4,787 player points on PokerStars into...... well you'll just have to check out his blog to find out. Sample Hand of the Week
This weeks hand doesn't actually come from the sample hand forums, but instead from the "hands that make your head explode" thread, where members can let out their frustration by posting their hands and sharing out the pain. Today's hand is from community member excelgeo and kind of explains itself. excelgeo has been going through a rough patch but is made from strong stuff and will bounce back. For now, let's just share his pain for a bit.

How supportive are your family and friends when you mention that you play poker?

And finally...
Do poker platforms actually care about it's players or are they just hard nosed rake hunters? Well Belgium Coach maxippouce was surprised to receive an instant pop-up chat when playing the other day. Basically he had grown tired of losing full houses to quads and so half-heartly emailed PokerStars to say that he was thinking of leaving or doing harm to himself. The response was surprising, but kind of reassuring, maybe they do care after all?
