You need 7,500 StrategyPoints at one poker room during the course of one calendar month in order to receive a Gemstone. The more Gemstones you receive, the more they are worth.

How do the deductions work?

There have been some questions about the deductions, so hopefully we can clear up any confusion and explain how it all works.

At the end of the year, all the Gemstones you have earned will be tallied up. For every month you did not earn a Gemstone, you will receive a deduction based on the table below.

When you do receive your final reward at the end of the year, the payment will be calculated based on the formula: Payout = Gemstones collected - Deductions

We cannot deduct Gemstones you didn't earn, so the worst case scenario is that you drop to 0 Gemstones. And since we are not issuing any deductions in January, it doesn't matter if you didn't earn any Gemstones yet - you can still start with the full benefits.

Get $150 extra per Gemstone in February

If you want to make some fast cash but don't want to wait until the end of the year to receive your bonus, then you're in luck, because for every Gemstone you receive in January and February, you'll receive an additional cash amount of $150.

This means a single Gemstone will be worth up to $350! You'll receive the additional cash at the beginning of March, so it pays to get as many Gemstones as you can during the first two months of the promotion.
