There are moments in the life of every poker player in which the advice of a professional is extremely valuable. Going by the motto "together instead of alone" you can now get this well-grounded advice from our professional content team. This includes our content-chef, Onkel Hotte (Fixed Limit), Sammy (No limit, SNG), Wishmaster (Fixed Limit, Real-Life-Poker). This article series is coming to an end with one final and exciting question not relating to the poker life. Probably one of the oldest questions of all.

Real life
How do I make my hair more glamorous? Are there any products you would recommend?
| Answer from Wishmaster |
In preparation for answering this question professionally, I did a lot of thorough research. This is the result.
In order to make your hair more glamorous it is important to take care of your hair by using the right products for your type of hair on a regular basis. Furthermore easy tricks like getting your hair cut regularly or not washing your hair for 2-3 days to comb them with your head upside down is also a good idea. By doing this, the natural hair fat is distributed among your hair to repair and protect your brittle tips of hair.

Our nutrition affects the glamour of our hair as well. You should always try to eat food rich of vitamin E. This aids the well being of our hair as well as our overall health.
Anyone who desires glamorous and healthy hair should also make sure that their nutrition includes many soy products, milk, wheat, green leafy vegetables, meat and vegetable oil.
Furthermore, frequent brushing helps reduce dandruff, which reduces the reflection of the light and therefore affects the glamour of your hair as well. Always brush your hair from the bottom to the top of your hair using good quality brushes. The brushes shouldn't have any sharp edges as they could roughen the surface of your skin.
The wide range of beauty products available makes a decision of what to use very hard. When you are trying to repair your damaged hair, you should determine your type of hair, whether it is greasy or if dandruff treatments are needed. Generally, products made from olive oil or other natural oils are very popular. Intensive care products don't take any longer to apply but are much more effective than other advertised "fast-repair-products".
Alongside the right care products, the right styling products are also important: Some products cause irregular deposits, which roughen the surface of your hair and therefore increase the dispersal of light. The hair is healthy, but very dull. Glamour sprays do the exact opposite. The hair will be shining but it is being damaged at the same time. I therefore suggest using care products which do both things at once.
Here are some concrete suggestions for products:
"Stiftung Warentest" a non-profit German consumer organisation conducting independent tests, analysed 15 different hair products in 2004. There aren't any other tests which are more up-to-date. They determined that the best product line was "Garnier". These products aren't that expensive either. I recommend the "Garnier" natural beauty intensive care with olive oil and lemon.

Alternatively I would recommend "Garnier Fructis Oil Repair Tiefen Aufbau Creme Kur"

Reports from countless sites that compare products show that these recommended products keep their promises. Nearly everyone who tested these products has been satisfied and has rated them positively.
