Average Pre-flop Ranges: LAG

The average ranges in NL10 are the basis for your hand reading and for your own determination of your opponents' ranges. These average ranges have been determined by experts using tracking software.
Average ranges of a LAG in NL10
You can identify a LAG by his big open raise and calling ranges in steal situations. His type of play is a lot more position dependent than that of other player types.
The LAG is the loose big brother of the TAG. The 3-bet ranges of these two differ only very slightly. The biggest difference are the open raise range and the calling range: the LAG open raises and calls a lot more than the TAG.
On average, a LAG plays in between 26% and 35% of all hands.

Comparison of LAG and TAG
The 3-bet range of a LAG and that of a TAG differ only slightly. The biggest difference is in the open raise range and the calling range: the LAG open raises and calls significantly more in steal situations than the TAG does.
